Meanwhile, Me and my wonderful husband still keep travelling around the world and this time we have visited Kaya Palazzo Mountain Ski Resort. Overall, It was a beautiful experience starting from the location to the service at the hotel.

The ambience is definitely magical: soft snow, forest, magnificent views from each and every spot of the property. By the way, slopes were amazing for snowboarding and skiing as well. Room was very bright, warm and well-maintained so we spent really cozy evenings there. The next subject is - hotel's food. We usually had our meal at all day dining buffet restaurant which never disappointed.

There was a wide variety of dishes, mainly turkish cuisine, big dessert section and also nice sushi selection. However, service was a bit slow sometimes, most probably because of the restaurant occupation. Spa was gorgeous as well. There are separated male and female areas with sauna, steam room and hammam.

Also, there is an indoor pool, which is a great advantage for the mountain resort, but unfortunately for me water was cold. Massage was very relaxing and smooth. Therapist Elena is very professional and I highly recommend her if you wish to make a body treatment.

Staff in the SPA and overall in the hotel was very polite, friendly and helpful. One more big plus is that you can make a PCR test right there in the hotel and get prompt result, which is very very useful. In conclusion , We were happy there and really enjoyed the vacation spent in the resort. I give my hopes that my husband will bring us there again …. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. It was reasonably busy, but not overcrowded. The property is a very good quality, is cute and cosy, and not too big. The skiing at the resort is great, there are plenty of runs to keep you busy for at least an entire day if you are a reasonable level skier, and the hotel has direct access to the baby slope and the advanced slopes.

The best part of it all was that on check out, we had an issue with one of our guests in the group coming down with COVID, and the entire team handled it so professionally. Excellent response and great support. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a day skiing getaway not longer though as its only a resort with not much of a town to discover around it. And a huge thanks again to the team and Deniz for helping us out.

Our favourite destination for the winter season. The service is absolutely great and the staff is just lovely. We have been here three years an a row and planing to continue this tradition. The atmosphere of the hotel is glorious and the food is heavenly. The tracks are perfectly pleasing for both skiing and snowboarding we have been renting both.

The sauna and spa in the hotel are delightful and the most wonderful thing after a long day riding. Overall, this is the most relaxing and intimate unlike famous resorts holiday destination with tracks close by, you can imagine.

But we were given free lunch tickets to spend our time in a better mood. The risk of gaining several kilos is very big!!! The wines they offer was a big dissapointment. My only complaint about cooks was the lack of a tip box. Service in the entire hotel was very good. Employees greeted us by a big smile and good wishes.
